Franciacorta reaffirms its partnership with the Michelin Guide U.S. as the Official Sparkling Wine. Following ceremonies in Florida, Texas, American South, Northeast Cities and California, the next stop will be
Southwest on August 26.

August 20, 2026 (Las Vegas, NV) — Franciacorta continues its journey alongside the MICHELIN Guide U.S., further strengthening the partnership that has been established at some of America’s most prestigious celebrations for fine dining.

As the Sparkling Wine Partner of MICHELIN Guide Restaurant Ceremonies USA, Franciacorta will once again accompany the upcoming MICHELIN Guide Ceremony, taking place on August 26 in Las Vegas, Nevada, reaffirming its commitment to promoting the culture of gastronomic excellence and Italian wine on the international stage.

The partnership has already brought Franciacorta to the MICHELIN Guide Ceremonies celebrating culinary excellence across some of the United States’ most important gastronomic destinations—including Florida, Texas, American South, Northeast Cities and California—joining Michelin in recognizing the talent, innovation and pursuit of quality that define the American restaurant industry.

The Southwest ceremony marks another milestone in this journey, further strengthening Franciacorta’s connection with one of the region’s most strategic international markets.

Participating in the MICHELIN Guide Ceremonies means sharing a stage of excellence with chefs, restaurateurs and hospitality professionals who represent the highest standards of contemporary cuisine and service.

The partnership between Franciacorta and the MICHELIN Guide is rooted in a shared vision: a commitment to excellence, craftsmanship and the relentless pursuit of quality. These are the same values that define Franciacorta’s traditional production method and the philosophy of the renowned Guide, making this collaboration an important opportunity to showcase the brand’s unique territory and winemaking expertise to an increasingly discerning international audience.

With the August 26 ceremony in Las Vegas, Franciacorta once again reinforces its role as an ambassador of Italian excellence in the United States, continuing to expand its presence through partnerships of exceptional prestige and international significance.

The Franciacorta Consortium is the organization responsible for guaranteeing and overseeing compliance with the production regulations governing Franciacorta, the first Italian wine produced exclusively using the traditional bottle fermentation method to be awarded DOCG (Denominazione di Origine Controllata e Garantita) status in 1995. The Consortium’s activities encompass the protection of the appellation and its territory, the continuous enhancement of the product through the development of its production regulations, consumer education, and the promotion of Franciacorta as the expression of a unique territory, a distinctive wine and a production method. Founded on March 5, 1990, the Consortium is headquartered in Erbusco, in the heart of Franciacorta. It is chaired by Emanuele Rabotti and represents 120 wineries.
