A 88% Chardonnay Cuvée, Zero Dosage, Presented in a Green Recycled-Glass Bottle
August 17, 2026 (Damery, France) — Faithful to its vision of Champagne defined by precision and freshness, Maison Telmont unveils its new cuvée: “Réserve Rosé”, vinified as a Brut Nature. Crafted with no sugar added at disgorgement, this cuvée expresses with remarkable purity the raw material and terroirs from which it originates.

The choice of Brut Nature, particularly demanding, requires grapes of impeccable ripeness as well as great viticultural and winemaking precision, allowing the wine to express itself without artifice. This singular blended rosé is composed of 88% Chardonnay and 12% Meunier, an exceptional proportion in the world of rosé Champagne, giving the wine a luminous, mineral and refined personality.
The grapes are sourced from several complementary terroirs, with three major crus providing the foundation of the cuvée’s distinctive character: Songy, rooted in pure chalk soils, imparts the wine’s signature mineral tension; Damery, where marl meets chalk, contributes generosity and vibrant fruit expression; Avize, a renowned Chardonnay terroir dominated by pure chalk, which imparts remarkable minerality, precision and length.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Opens with delicate aromas of citrus fruits, red berries and subtle hints of gingerbread.
Palate: The liveliness of blood orange and citrus fruits brings an intense freshness, evolving into a fruity delicacy.
Finish: Marked by a delicate salinity and a thirst-quenching freshness. Elegant, ethereal and finely chiseled, Réserve Rosé Base 2020 perfectly embodies Telmont’s signature style: structured yet light, vibrant yet refined.
Réserve Rosé pairs beautifully with delicate, iodine-driven cuisine such as seared scallop carpaccio, langoustine or shrimp risotto.
Presented in a green bottle, this cuvée continues Telmont’s environmental commitment, initiated in 2021 through its “In the Name of Mother Nature” project. As part of its ambition to radically reduce its environmental footprint and become Net Zero by 2050, the House made the decision to abandon transparent bottles, which contain 0% recycled glass, in favor of green bottles made with recycled glass.
“Réserve Rosé Base 2020 is a wine that lets nature speak with remarkable purity,” said Brice Bezin, Cellar Master of Maison Telmont. “Its blend of several meticulously selected harvests gives it freshness, depth and aromatic complexity, while its zero dosage reveals the true character of our terroirs. The purest expression of Champagne is often the one where nature has the last word!”
“With no dosage, a majority of Chardonnay, long ageing and now a green bottle, this new edition of Réserve Rosé expresses both the purity of our terroir and our commitment to reducing our environmental impact,” said Justin Meade, General Manager of Maison Telmont. “With no dosage, a majority of Chardonnay, long aging and now a green bottle, this new edition of Réserve Rosé expresses both the purity of our terroir and our commitment to reducing our environmental impact.”

About Maison Telmont
Telmont is a century-old start-up: born in 1912 and still daring to challenge the status quo, in the Name of Mother Nature!
Since 2021, through its environmental program In the Name of Mother Nature*, Telmont has pursued a single ambition: to produce exceptional Champagne without any compromise on sustainability. Guided by the belief that “the wine is good if the Earth is beautiful”, the House aims to convert 100% of the estate’s and partner winegrowers’ vineyards to organic and regenerative agriculture by 2031 (with 70% already farmed organically today). In 2025, Telmont became the first Champagne House to earn the Regenerative Organic Certified® (ROC™) certification, on its organic certified vineyards. The House also aims at drastically reducing carbon emissions with the goal of achieving Net Zero by 2050. This commitment is reflected in concrete actions*, including the elimination of gift boxes, the co-development of the world’s lightest standard Champagne bottle (800g), the halt of air freight, and the use of renewable energy.
Under the expertise of Cellar Master Brice Bezin, the House crafts champagnes with an airy yet structured style, balancing tension, freshness and remarkable length. In 2024, Telmont unveiled its manifesto cuvée, “Réserve de la Terre”, crafted from 100% organic grapes: radiant, luminous, and full of life, this cuvée represents the future of Maison Telmont.
Telmont is supported by like-minded investors, including Rémy Cointreau, majority shareholder of Telmont, and Leonardo DiCaprio, investor and committed environmentalist.
