Offered at a special, accessible price point during the winery’s quieter periods, First Flight provides an opportunity for both serious enthusiasts and beginners to explore Anaba’s highly rated portfolio in the beautiful, welcoming setting of the Vintners House tasting room.
An Approachable Path to Sonoma Wines
The First Flight program was created to soften the barriers often associated with wine country tastings. By offering this experience during more tranquil times of the week, guests can enjoy a more intimate, unhurried introduction to Anaba’s Rhône and Burgundian-focused wines. The lineup showcases the region’s diverse terroir, featuring wines made by award-winning winemaker Katy Wilson and crafted from estate-grown fruit as well as close partnerships with a select family of like-minded winegrowers across Sonoma County.
While the winery’s classic Elements Flight is normally $45 per person, the new First Flight program allows guests to experience this identical lineup for just $25 per person. This special pricing is available exclusively with an advanced reservation for tastings booked on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday before noon. Reservations can be made directly online via Tock.

The introduction of the First Flight program builds on Anaba’s reputation as one of the region’s most friendly and inclusive destinations. The Anaba Wines Vintners House Tasting Room was voted Best Tasting Room in the Sonoma Index-Tribune’s People’s Choice Awards last fall, thanks to its unique blend of excellent hospitality and casual charm.
While enjoying the new tasting program, guests can relax on Anaba’s beautiful hillside patio or inside the Vintners House. Overlooking the vineyards, the Vintners House is a relaxed setting designed intentionally to feel like an extension of the Sweazey home. True to this welcoming philosophy, the winery remains a family-friendly and dog-friendly property, where visitors can complement their tasting with house-made pizza (Thursday – Sunday) or small plates (daily) and a casual game of bocce. There’s even a pickleball court on the grounds.
