June 30, 2026 — Czech boutique glassmaker Izaak Reich announces its expansion into the United States market, bringing Czech luxury glass back to New York, where it already held a prestigious position at the turn of the 19th and 20th century. The brand follows the legacy of the renowned Reich family, whose glassworks and boutiques operated in Paris, Vienna, and New York and became one of the most respected names in European glassmaking. Products created by the Reich family could once be found in the Paris Metro, the Vienna State Opera, and aboard the legendary Titanic.
“We are not interested in creating ordinary products,” says Adam Havlfcek, owner of Izaak Reich. “Our ambition is to bring Czech glass back to the places where it once symbolized elegance, culture, and exceptional craftsmanship. Every glass we create carries time, emotion, and a human story within it.”
Izaak Reich also develops international collaborations with respected figures from the worlds of wine and gastronomy, including renowned Bordeaux winemaker Guillaume Thienpont and Japanese sakemasters. These collaborations further emphasize the brand’s global perspective and cultural depth.
The expansion into the United States represents a symbolic return of the Reich name to a city where the family had already established business activities more than a century ago. At the time, New York was one of the gateways through which Czech glass entered the world’s most luxurious interiors. Today, Izaak Reich aims to revive this tradition and introduce the American market to a new vision of European luxury built on authenticity, heritage, and true craftsmanship.
At a time when luxury is increasingly defined by meaning rather than excess, Izaak Reich offers a quieter, deeper, and more timeless form of exclusivity. A luxury shaped by time, precision, and human craftsmanship.
