The third annual Preview Week returns with an elevated schedule of exclusive culinary experiences, wine pairings, and immersive events

June 25, 2026 (Fredericksburg, TX) — In anticipation of the 2026 Fredericksburg Food & Wine Festival, the Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce has released the official schedule of events for the third-ever ‘Preview Week,’ scheduled to take place from July 20th to July 25th, 2026. This immersive week of events offers a tantalizing glimpse into the Fredericksburg Food & Wine Festival, set for this fall, filled with crave-worthy events, creative sips, and unforgettable foodie experiences all around town. Preview Week is seven days of one-of-a-kind experiences designed to showcase the Texas Hill Country—from winemakers and craft brewers to talented chefs, local artisans, and some of the most beautiful venues the region has to offer.
“We’re eager to give guests an early taste of the unforgettable experiences coming to this year’s Fredericksburg Food & Wine Festival,” says Festival Producer Hayley Wakefield. “From white-tie garden soirées and comedy-club beer halls to women-led wine tastings and our annual queso throwdown, Preview Week is our way of celebrating the Hill Country’s rich traditions with a fresh, playful twist. Each event is intentionally curated to be immersive, intimate, and truly memorable—and there’s something delicious in store for everyone.”
Midway through the week, the Festival will drop badges for the October Festival, marking the official kickoff to the season.
As a non-profit organization, the Fredericksburg Food & Wine Festival uses its programs and events to support charitable causes throughout the Texas Hill Country. Proceeds from the 2026 Preview Week will benefit the Hill Country Hospitality Relief Fund, dedicated to supporting hospitality professionals across the region.
