What Do Winegrowers Need Most Right Now? Practical Solutions.

The Sustainable Ag Expo returns with new industry insights  and 20+ hours of continuing education.

June 16, 2026 (California) — Tickets are now available for the Sustainable Ag Expo, November 10–11, 2026, in San Luis Obispo, California. The two-day event brings together growers, researchers, ag professionals, and industry leaders from across the wine industry.

Hosted by Vineyard Team, the Sustainable Ag Expo has become one of California’s premier educational events. Attendees can look forward to practical strategies, continuing education, and meaningful opportunities to connect with peers and experts in the field. This year, new research, emerging technology, and real-world solutions will take center stage to help growers adapt and thrive in a rapidly evolving industry.

1. Timely Education From Leading Researchers and Growers

This year’s program addresses the ideas and innovations shaping the future of winegrowing, from climate adaptation and soil health to labor, profitability, and emerging vineyard technology.

Researchers from across the country—UC Davis, Washington State University, Oregon State University, Virginia Tech, USDA-ARS, and more—will share the latest findings on disease-resistant grape varieties, biological pest management, and other practical tools for the vineyard.

Growers and industry professionals are incorporated throughout the program to provide real-world insights from the field.

2. More Opportunities to Learn and Earn CE Hours

The 2026 Expo features 20+ hours of DPR and CCA continuing education, including 12 online courses available to attendees before and after the event.

New this year, two-day ticket holders will have access to online courses through December 15, giving growers more time to complete continuing education after harvest and on their own schedule.

3. The Networking Everyone Looks Forward To

Beyond the seminars, the Expo creates valuable opportunities to connect growers, suppliers, researchers, and ag businesses from across the industry.

Returning favorites include Sustainable Gear & Beer, featuring sustainable SIP Certified wines alongside innovative vineyard equipment and technology, plus the Donut Social, a popular opportunity for attendees to connect before the day’s sessions begin.

The SIP Certified Lounge will once again offer attendees a place to recharge devices, meet with colleagues, and continue discussions sparked by the day’s presentations.

The tradeshow floor is also nearing capacity, with exhibitor booths already 95% full as companies prepare to showcase the latest products, tools, and services supporting sustainable winegrowing.

“Growers are balancing more decisions than ever, from technology adoption to labor, regulation, and long-term sustainability,” said Beth Vukmanic, Executive Director of Vineyard Team. “The Sustainable Ag Expo creates space for the industry to learn from each other, explore new ideas, and leave with practical insight they can bring back to the vineyard.”

More details on speakers, seminars, and special events will be announced in the coming months.
