June 11, 2026 (Atlanta, GA & Little Rock, AK) — Moon Distributors and Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) announced that they have entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement (APA) for Moon Distributors to acquire RNDC’s Arkansas operations. The transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
Moon Distributors has served Arkansas since 1935 and is one of the state’s longest-standing beverage alcohol distributors. The company remains family-owned and operated, with a long history of serving suppliers, retailers, and consumers across Arkansas.

Until the transaction closes, RNDC and Moon Distributors will continue to operate independently. No immediate changes are planned for customers, suppliers, or associates as a result of this announcement.
