For one night only, guests can participate in an intimate evening with partner Tim Martin and Maayan Koschizky
June 4, 2026 (Frisco, TX) — Dee Lincoln Prime, one of DFW’s premier steakhouses, will present a special evening in collaboration with Tusk Estate for an exclusive wine dinner event on Tuesday, June 16.
The event will begin at 6:30 p.m. with a reception, followed by a one-of-a-kind culinary and wine experience beginning at 7 p.m. Guests will have the opportunity to meet the team behind Tusk Estate, featuring Partner, Tim Martin and Winemaker, Maayan Koschizky.
Guests will be treated to a four-course menu with thoughtfully paired wines from Tusk Estate’s portfolio. From the brand’s celebrated Napa Valley wines to a Grand Cru Burgundy from France, and a classic American whiskey to close the evening, each course is deliberately planned to complement the flavors of the wine and create a seamless journey for the palate.
Menu highlights include Tenderloin “Tartar”Caviar Cones, Heirloom Tomato Carpaccio served with fresh mozzarella di bufala, Shrimp Fagottini with a rich blue crab butter sauce, and a Wagyu Duo – Australian and Japanese – served with truffled whipped potatoes. To finish, the dessert course is Bourbon Old Fashioned Creme Brulee with vanilla bean, torched orange peel and demerara sugar and luxardo cherry.
Seating is extremely limited. Tickets are priced at $1,195 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
