May 14, 2026 (Turin, Italy) — The Consorzio del Vermouth di Torino, which protects and promotes this increasingly sought-after and attractive Piedmontese excellence, is set for a busy May with a calendar full of important events.

On May 11th, the Consortium will be in Rome at Spazio Field, Palazzo Brancaccio, alongside another top Piedmontese wine excellence, Alta Langa DOCG, returning to the capital for the third edition of “Alta Langa Roma.” Each year, a special cocktail is created specifically for this event. Following the success of previous editions, the official collaboration between Alta Langa DOCG and the Consorzio del Vermouth di Torino will continue for “Alta Langa Roma 2026.” Signature mixology will present the “Torino Royal” cocktail, created by Christian Comparone. The drink is conceived as a contemporary interpretation of Piedmont, bringing together some of its most iconic expressions: Alta Langa DOCG, Vermouth di Torino IGP, Rosolio di Torino, and Frangelico.
Also on May 11th, the Consortium will attend Tuttofood in Milan, one of the leading international events for the global food community. As part of the Piedmont Region’s agri-food supply chain initiatives, and in collaboration with COALVI, Vermouth di Torino IGP will be paired first with the flavorful hand-cut Fassona beef tartare from Vitelloni Piemontesi della Coscia IGP and later with refined Gianduja chocolate.
On May 14th, during the wine tourism conference taking place in Asti at the Asti Studi Superiori University Hub, the Consortium’s collaboration with Turismo Torino will be presented as a successful example of an urban wine tourism experience. The initiative “Extra-Vermouth” will be showcased, offering visitors the opportunity to enjoy Vermouth di Torino throughout the year at special conditions in selected venues across Turin.
On May 16th and 17th, Vermouth di Torino will be featured at the Falletti Castle in Barolo (Cuneo) for a suggestive aperitif during the presentation of the WiMu International Wine Label Collection.
On May 18th, at the Reggia di Venaria in Turin, during the inauguration of the Academic Year of the Accademia di Agricoltura di Torino, in the presence of Prince Albert II of Monaco, the Consortium will offer Vermouth di Torino as a symbol of Turin’s most classic aperitivo tradition.
On May 20th, in Milan during Packaging Première — the leading event for the luxury packaging community — all labels from Consortium members will frame the presentation of the finalist designers of the Insuperlabel contest, dedicated to the creation of a new label for the Consortium’s institutional Vermouth bottle.
At the end of the month, on May 26th in Turin, at the historic Cavallerizza Reale complex, the Consortium will organize an international conference focused on the protection of PGIs, DOCs, and trademarks within the agri-food sector containing geographical names.
These events will represent important opportunities for visibility and will further strengthen and enhance the image and quality of Vermouth di Torino thanks to the Consortium’s ongoing commitment.
Established in 2019, the Consorzio del Vermouth di Torino represents 99.8% of the production of this iconic Piedmontese excellence, currently distributed in 82 countries worldwide. Production has surpassed 7 million bottles, with a constant upward trend in both volume and value.
