3rd Annual Winemaker Dinner Brings Together Local Wineries to Benefit ECHO

May 12, 2026 (San Luis Obispo County, CA) — El Camino Homeless Organization (ECHO) is pleased to announce its 3rd Annual Winemaker Dinner, Vines that ECHO, taking place on June 5th from 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM at the stunning Copia Vineyards and Winery in Paso Robles wine country.

This exclusive evening will feature a thoughtfully curated four-course dinner by Chef Rachel Ponce of Pair With, with each course expertly paired with wines from participating wineries, including Copia Vineyards & WineryCiento Cellars, and The Royal Nonesuch Farm, along with a special beer pairing from Cellar Fermentation. Guests will enjoy a unique, intimate experience as winemakers join tables throughout the evening, sharing insight into their craft and the wines being poured.

Proceeds from the event will directly benefit ECHO’s Building Hope & Home Campaign, supporting the development of the Balay Ko Family Resource Center at ECHO’s Atascadero campus. This new expansion will add 30 additional beds for families with children, helping address the growing need in the community, where over 300 individuals and families are currently on ECHO’s waitlist.

With construction already well underway, the modular build — led by BevyHouse and SCI — has rapidly taken shape. In just a short time, the structure now includes framing, roofing, windows, electrical, and plumbing, with plans to open in early fall 2026. This project marks a significant milestone as ECHO celebrates 25 years of serving individuals and families experiencing homelessness in San Luis Obispo County.

The evening will also include a live auction featuring unique, locally curated experiences — from private winemaker dinners to exclusive itineraries across SLO County.

Anita from Copia Vineyard shares:

“Copia is proud to support ECHO because their work reflects the kind of community we believe in—one where neighbors show up for neighbors. Providing someone with basic needs is powerful, but ECHO goes further by helping individuals and families build the tools, stability, and confidence to move forward on their own. That kind of tangible, lasting impact can strengthen an entire family’s wellbeing and, in turn, our broader community.

Paso Robles and the Central Coast are rooted in connection, generosity, and care for one another. Vines That ECHO is especially meaningful to us because it brings people together for a beautiful evening in support of a mission that truly changes lives. At Copia, we are deeply committed to building up our community, and supporting ECHO is one way we can help contribute to a stronger, more compassionate future for all.”
