May 5, 2026 (Kansas City, MO) — Handcrafted Wine & Spirits today announced the appointment of Betsy Gariglietti as Vice President of Sales – Missouri, a key leadership role supporting the company’s continued expansion and the launch of its Missouri distribution business.
Gariglietti brings more than 15 years of beverage alcohol and consumer goods experience, with a strong background in wine and spirits sales, distributor management, market development, customer relationships, and team leadership. Her career includes roles with Bommarito Wines, Grey Eagle Distributor, Southern Glazer’s, RJ Reynolds, and Lukas Liquors, giving her a broad perspective across distributor operations, supplier execution, retail and on-premise sales, and brand development.
In this role, Gariglietti will lead sales strategy and execution for Handcrafted’s Missouri business, with responsibility for building the market, developing the sales team, supporting supplier priorities, and establishing long-term customer partnerships across the state.
