April 15, 2026 (Ceres, CA) — Bronco Wine Co., a family-owned leader in the U.S. wine industry for over 50 years, has appointed Kent Mann as its new Chief Operations Officer. This move further emphasizes the company’s commitment to growth, modernization, and its continued evolution as a force in the industry.
With more than four decades of operational and supply chain leadership, Kent Mann joins Bronco Wine Co. following 11 years as Vice President of Operations for Trinchero Family Estates, where he built and mentored high performing teams across operations and supply chain management.
A graduate of the Naval Academy, Mann served as a Naval Surface Warfare Officer during his nine years in the U.S. Navy. He later transitioned out of military-related work overseas to serve as a department head at Guardian Industries, a flat glass manufacturer, before joining Gallo Glass to improve efforts in packaging. In 2004, he moved over to E & J Gallo’s Livingston Winery — the world’s largest wine grape crushing facility — where he served as Plant Manager. After several internal promotions, he became Gallo’s Senior Director of Supply Chain Logistics in 2008, leading customer service, warehouse, and shipping operations for two years.
Mann brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership expertise to his role with Bronco Wine Co., guided by his ability to manage complex organizations through transformation and growth. As COO, Mann will be responsible for leading the various divisions of Bronco Wine Co.’s Supply Chain, Production, and Logistics/Warehousing functions, including all aspects of the value chain from inbound grapes to the customer.

“Kent’s diverse background spanning military service, consumer goods, and the food and beverage industries has given him a uniquely global and cultural perspective on building and leading operations,” says Dom Engels, Chief Executive Officer of Bronco Wine Co. “With his extensive experience and forward-thinking leadership approach, we are confident he will play a key role in elevating Bronco to even greater heights.”
“In a sense, I have been preparing my entire career for the role of COO at Bronco Wine Co.,” shares Mann, who assumed the position in February of 2026. “I am honored to bring my vision, skills, and loyalty to this resilient family-owned venture, and look forward to contributing to its success as the organization continues to strengthen and evolve in the years to come.”
