As part of Reyes Beverage Group’s planned acquisition of RNDC operations in 11 markets, subject to regulatory approval, Jackson Family Wines will transition from RNDC to Reyes Beverage Group in these seven markets where they have existing partnerships with RNDC. The transaction is expected to close by the end of May 2026, subject to regulatory approvals. The partnership brings together two multi-generational family businesses that share a commitment to industry leadership and providing exceptional service to their on and off-premise customers.
