April 9, 2026 — To mark the 50th anniversary of the Judgement of Paris, the 1976 blind tasting that redefined global perceptions of American wine, Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars has partnered with The Bastion Collection, an internationally acclaimed restaurant group celebrated for its distinctive culinary concepts and Michelin leadership, on a three-city, chef-led dinner series at its Le Jardinier restaurants, bringing the milestone to life through food and wine.
At the tasting, Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars played a defining role in a breakthrough moment for Napa Valley, when the estate’s 1973 S.L.V. Cabernet Sauvignon triumphed over France’s finest wines — securing its place as one of Napa Valley’s most iconic producers.
Honoring the anniversary, guests are invited to immerse themselves in this legacy at each Le Jardinier location, where The Bastion Collection’s chefs have created special 5-course menus paired with an exclusive vertical tasting of S.L.V. Cabernet Sauvignon, the very same vineyard that won the famed 1976 tasting. Guests will be among the first to enjoy the newly released 2023 vintage.
