March 24, 2026 (Yountville, CA) — The Coop in Yountville welcomes springtime with treats for the season.
The Coop, located at 6554 Yount Street in Yountville, is a collaborative project from Hoopes Vineyard and the town of Yountville. The Coop is a farmstand featuring fresh, local produce, coffee, wine, and a hangout space for locals. New for springtime are Fresh Spring Rolls and Spring Soupe au Pistou soup. “The Fresh Spring Rolls will have pickled vegetables from the Oasis Garden along with an assortment of fresh herbs and house made dipping sauces that pack a sweet heat kick,” explains Culinary Director Amy Nguyen. “The Spring Soupe Au Pistou is a French style garden bean soup that showcases the peas, chard and au pistou which is a pesto made from our green garlic and arugula garnished on top for a vibrant and herbaceous finish,” she adds.
Open Thursday-Friday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm and Saturday-Sunday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm with Twilight Happy Hour from 3:00 pm -6:00 pm on Thursdays and Fridays, The Coop offers a casual menu of pastries, coffee, wine, soups, sandwiches and weekly specials made with ingredients from Hoopes Vineyard’s The Oasis and the Yountville Farmstand Garden. Available to purchase to take home are fresh produce, eggs, preserves, house made sauces and other locally made goods. Residents of Yountville enjoy 50% off produce, eggs, and coffee and 20% off hot food and wines by-the-glass.
Throughout the summer, The Coop will offer kids’ activities, rotating guest chefs, live music, and pop-up events.
