February 11, 2026 — Maison Albert Bichot has unveiled a newly redesigned technical hub in Beaune, marking a major step forward in the historic Burgundy house’s long-term commitment to quality, innovation, and environmental responsibility. Located at the heart of the Burgundy vineyards, the state-of-the-art facility is designed to enhance winemaking precision, improve working conditions, and significantly reduce the estate’s environmental footprint.
The upgraded site includes a new 20,000-hectoliter winery with streamlined workflows, highly automated production lines, and optimized storage designed to preserve wine quality and stability. Sustainability is central to the project, with features such as 2,300 square meters of photovoltaic panels generating 500 kWp, water-recovery systems, energy-efficient lighting, and infrastructure designed to maximize natural light while minimizing noise pollution.
The Beaune technical hub represents a comprehensive modernization effort, uniting performance, sustainability, and deep regional roots—ensuring Albert Bichot remains at the forefront of Burgundy winemaking for generations to come.
