February 4, 2026 (Healdsburg, CA) — SHARE A SPLASH wine co. is expanding its sales organization under Chief Executive Officer Erle Martin, announcing today the appointment of three senior sales leaders to support the company’s continued growth strategy. The appointments include Tim Colgan, Vice President of Sales – Western Region; Kelly Elder, Vice President of Sales – Southern Region; and Don Henderson, Executive Vice President of Sales – Southeastern Region.

Based on 2025 domestic sales depletion data, SHARE A SPLASH continues to outperform the broader wine category, driven by strong performance across its portfolio of flagship brands and top-selling SKUs. The Angels & Cowboys brand delivered +7.5% growth in depletions, led by its rosé, which rose +11% and now ranks as the #1 domestic 750ml rosé in the $13–$16 price segment (NIQ: Total Rosé, 750ml, Domestic, L52W through 10.4.25). Angels & Cowboys Cabernet Sauvignon, now in its second vintage, posted standout growth of 186%. The brand has also expanded its portfolio with the recent launch of two new Sonoma County SKUs – Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir – further strengthening its presence across key varieties.
The Cannonball brand also contributed to the company’s momentum, achieving a 5% increase in depletions. Cannonball Chardonnay led the charge with a +27% increase, reinforcing the brand’s strong position within the highly competitive $14–$17 price tier.
With clear opportunities for accelerated growth across key markets, the expanded sales organization is well-positioned to deliver best-in-class execution, deepen distributor partnerships, and expand the company’s national footprint.

Tim Colgan
Vice President of Sales – Western Region (CA, NV, AZ, HI)
Tim brings 19 years of beverage alcohol experience across analytics, pricing, commercial finance, marketing, and sales. He began his career at Foster’s Wine Estates in 2007, later Treasury Wine Estates, where he spent 15 years in progressively senior roles. At Palm Bay International, he managed the wine and spirits portfolio for the West Division. Most recently, Tim managed national and regional accounts in the Southwest for Ste. Michelle Wine Estates.
Kelly Elder
Vice President of Sales – Southern Region (ND, SD, NE, CO, OK, TX, LA)
Kelly joins SHARE A SPLASH with more than 20 years of beverage alcohol sales experience. She began her career in 2001 with Block Distributing in Austin, Texas. Since then, she has held a variety of distributor management and national account roles with E. & J. Gallo Winery, Hess Collection Winery, Foley Family Wines, and most recently, Patco Brands.
Don Henderson
Executive Vice President of Sales – Southeastern Region (KS, IA, MO, AR, IL, MS, IN, KY, WV, SC, FL)
Don brings more than 35 years of wine and beverage alcohol sales leadership experience across the Eastern U.S. He began his career at E. & J. Gallo Winery in senior field leadership roles before advancing to Vice President, Northeast, at Treasury Wine Estates. He later served as Partner at Canopy Management and Vice President of U.S. Sales at Vintage Wine Estates. Most recently, Don was Division Manager East for Bronco Wine Company.
Tim, Kelly, and Don join an established national sales team that includes Nels Becker, Regional Manager, Northwest, Josh Brett, Vice President of Sales, Eastern Region and Isabelle Deland, Regional Manager, Northeast. Matt Bindel leads national accounts efforts on behalf of SHARE A SPLASH.
