February 3, 2026 (Temecula, CA) — The Carter family’s Temecula Valley wine country resorts – South Coast Winery Resort & Spa and Carter Estate Winery and Resort – are offering a series of lodging, dining and spa experiences in celebration of Valentine’s season, including romance packages, a prix fixe dinner, DJ-led Valentine’s weekend evenings, and a couples spa special.

Both resorts offer Romance Packages designed for multi-night stays. At South Coast Winery Resort & Spa, the package includes overnight accommodations, chocolate-covered strawberries and a one-time $50 food credit valid at The Vineyard Rose Restaurant or through in-room dining (alcoholic beverages excluded). The Romance Package at Carter Estate Winery and Resort includes overnight accommodations, chocolate-covered strawberries and a charcuterie board.

Valentine’s Day Prix Fixe Dinner

Saturday, February 14, from 5:30 to 9 p.m.
The Vineyard Rose Restaurant invites guests to celebrate Valentine’s Day with a special three-course prix fixe dinner. Starters include choice of Burrata, Butternut Squash Bisque or Winter Valley Salad. Entrée selections include Roasted Halibut, Wild Mushroom Gnocchi or Filet Mignon. Dessert options include Lover’s S’mores, Ube Panna Cotta or Artisan Gelato.
The dinner is $95 per person, exclusive of tax, gratuity and beverages. Wine pairings are available. Reservations may be made online or by calling 951-587-9463.
Sweet Escape for Two Spa Special
GrapeSeed Spa at South Coast Winery Resort & Spa

GrapeSeed Spa offers a Sweet Escape for Two package throughout February. The experience includes a 50-minute aromatherapy couples massage, two glasses of South Coast wine, chocolate truffles and, while supplies last, a Sonoma Lavender Co. Sweetheart Gift Box.

Valentine’s Weekend DJ Evenings
South Coast Winery
Friday, February 13 and Saturday, February 14, from 4 to 8 p.m.
South Coast Winery will host two DJ-led evening events during Valentine’s Weekend. On Friday, February 13, “Dance the Night Away: Galentine’s” invites guests to enjoy wine and music in a social setting designed to celebrate friendship. On Saturday, February 14, the winery will present “Couples Night,” featuring wine tasting and dancing with a live DJ for an evening focused on couples.
