An innovative solution that helps to remediate mousy off-flavor and restore good wine hygiene:
- Made of selected yeast cell hulls
- Eliminates 30-45% of undesirable mousy off-flavors thanks to its innovative formula rich in lipidic compounds, sterols and unsaturated fatty acids

Application
Suitable for all red, white and rose wines
Recommended dosage: 10-36 g/hL . The dosage is dependant on the matrix and the mousy flavor intensity. We strongly advise users to carry out laboratory bench trials before our products are used on the total volume of wine. We recommend regular monitoring of the disappearance of the mousy off-flavour by tasting to assess the best moment for racking. A first tasting can be done 48h after product addition. Product contact time can be as long as 1 month to allow for optimised mousy off-flavour reduction and sedimentation before racking.

A non-Saccharomyces strain that allows winemakers to reduce or avoid using SO2 during pre-fermentative phases:
- Isolated in a Loire Valley vineyard in France through a program carried out in partnership with the French Institute of Wine and Wine (IFV)
- Low fermentation capacity and strong ability to colonize the environment and ensure the bioprotection of grapes and musts
- Limits the development of undesirable wild yeast while not inhibiting the growth of the yeast selected for alcoholic fermentation
Application
Recommended for white and rose (cold settling or stabulation) and red grapes (cold soak/maceration ).
Recommended dosage: 10 to 20 g/hL. Increase the dose to 20 g/hL in the case of very low temperature or high microbiological pressure.
