Founder Yoav Gilat Transitions to Executive Chairman Role to Focus on Long-Term Strategy and Brand Innovation

Martin will assume responsibility for the company’s day-to-day leadership, including sales, operations, and strategic execution, as SHARE A SPLASH enters its next phase of growth.
Martin brings a wealth of experience in scaling wine companies, driving sales, and building strong wine brands, having previously led both the Coppola and Crimson Wine Group organizations. Over the course of his career, he has built high-performing teams and developed strong relationships with distributors and key trade partners nationwide. In addition, Martin has held senior executive roles on the distribution side of the business, most recently with Winebow. With nearly four decades of experience across both the producer and wholesaler tiers of the wine industry, he brings a rare and comprehensive perspective to the role.

Effective immediately, Gilat will transition from Chief Executive Officer to Executive Chairman. Gilat, who was named a 2022 Wine Industry Leader by Wine Business, has built meaningful philanthropic partnerships with José Andrés’ World Central Kitchen as well as local charities. He is widely recognized for his passion for wine and his commitment to family, community, and employees.
