December 22, 2025 – Yamhill, OR – Soléna Estate is thrilled to announce the appointment of Jessica Endsworth as Vice President of Sales & Education, beginning in early 2026.
In this key leadership role, Endsworth will oversee national sales strategy, trade and distributor partnerships, and will work closely with the direct-to-consumer and marketing teams. She will also lead all education-focused initiatives that support the continued growth of Soléna Estate and the Willamette Valley wine community.
“I’ve had the privilege of working with Jessica for many years,” said Laurent Montalieu, Owner & Founder of Soléna Estate Winery and a founding partner of NW Wine Company. “Her deep industry knowledge, her integrity, and her track record of building successful sales, education, and national account programs make her an ideal fit for Soléna. She brings both strategic vision and a genuine passion for Oregon wine.”
As Vice President of Sales & Education, Endsworth will guide efforts to strengthen Soléna’s presence in key markets, inspire and engage trade partners, and expand educational resources that highlight Soléna Estate’s legacy of estate-grown, luxury wines. Her longstanding work with NW Wine Company has allowed her to collaborate closely with Montalieu and Soléna’s winemaking heritage— experience that naturally extends into this expanded role.
Endsworth has been a dedicated leader in the Oregon wine industry for more than 20 years. She has served as a board director, marketing committee member, and Auction Steering Committee member for the Willamette Valley Wineries Association (WVWA). She has spent two decades as a wine captain for the International Pinot Noir Celebration (IPNC), contributed to numerous regional wine events, and served as a counselor and panel moderator for Oregon Pinot Camp (OPC), the Oregon Wine Board, and the Oregon Wine Symposium.
Please join us in welcoming Jessica Endsworth to Soléna Estate Winery. We look forward to the leadership, mentorship, and innovation she will bring to our team as we continue to share the story of Oregon wine with the world.
