Monterey County, CA – November 10, 2025 – Scheid Family Wines is pleased to announce the appointment of Brad Trefts as Regional Sales Manager – Southeast, effective immediately.
Brad brings over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in the beverage alcohol industry, most recently serving as Regional Portfolio Manager for the Supplier Excellence Group at Republic National Distribution Company (RNDC), where he oversaw key supplier partnerships and sales strategies across Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina. During his tenure, Brad drove triple-digit growth for multiple emerging brands, secured high-profile partnerships, and consistently exceeded quarterly and annual KPIs through disciplined commercial execution.
In his new role at Scheid Family Wines, Brad will oversee sales operations across the Southeast region, including Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and Alabama. He will be responsible for building and managing distributor relationships, developing strategic programming, and driving visibility and performance across Scheid’s portfolio of estate-grown and sustainably crafted brands.

Brad is based in Boca Raton, Florida, and holds a B.A. in Advertising and Business from Xavier University. He also holds WSET Level II certification with Merit.
