Wine Analysis
We utilize state of the art technology including the FOSS WineScan™ to provide routine analysis of juice and wine with accuracy and affordable pricing. Our wine panels include free and total SO2, TA, pH, VA, malic, lactic, glu/fru, and ethanol. Juice panels include Brix, TA, pH, tartaric, malic, lactic, potassium, glu/fru, ammonia and alpha-amino nitrogen. We also offer vinoBrett PCR testing and a range of stability testing services as needed.
Our three monthly subscription levels offer greater savings to encourage regular monitoring of all of your wines. If you are in our courier service area we will pick up your samples free of charge. If you’re not, we’ll send you shipping materials!

With a Master’s Degree in Enology and 25 years of winemaking experience, Leigh Meyering provides full service winemaking consulting from grape to glass as well as mini consults and trials

We carry a wide variety of cellar products and supplies including: Enartis and Laffort yeasts and winemaking products, Remco cleaning brushes, shovels, and handles, Filtrox pad filters, stainless steel clamps, valves, and kegs,cellar chemicals including bentonite, caustic, peroxycarb, KMBS, citric and tartaric acids.
