Featuring the debut of the Passport Tasting and a special nod to Come Over October.

October 21, 2025 (Napa Valley, CA) — The PlumpJack Collection of Wineries today announced the debut of its Passport Tasting Experience, the first offering to span its full Napa Valley portfolio. Guests are invited to embark on a curated journey through three estate wineries—13th Vineyard on Howell Mountain, PlumpJack Estate in Oakville, and Odette Estate in the Stags Leap District—exploring the distinct character and beauty of each region along the way.
Priced at $200 per person, the PlumpJack Collection Passport Tasting is designed as a relaxed, immersive day in Napa Valley, lasting approximately 4–6 hours and including a boxed lunch. Each stop offers a lineup of estate wines that reflect the unique terroir of the site, creating a comprehensive introduction to the PlumpJack Collection and the diversity of Napa Valley’s most storied appellations.
“Each of our wineries tells its own story of Napa Valley—Howell Mountain’s rugged intensity, Oakville’s renowned elegance, and the finesse of the Stags Leap District,” said John Conover, Managing Partner at PlumpJack Collection of Wineries. “With the Passport Tasting, we’re delighted to bring them together in a single experience for the very first time.”
Guests may also personalize their experience with a range of upgrades, including:
- Reserve-tier wine selections
- Enhanced culinary options, from expanded cheese plates to a family-style or plated lunch
- Private driver transportation between estates
Additionally, in support of Come Over October—the national wine industry campaign encouraging togetherness and celebration over wine—the PlumpJack Collection is putting its own spin on the initiative. Throughout October, guests can enjoy standard tasting experiences at a special rate of $40 per person, Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., and purchase an exclusive mystery six-pack of wines online. Wine lovers are also invited to participate in a Come Over October Photo Contest by sharing how they’re celebrating the month with their favorite PlumpJack Collection wines. Two winners will each receive two tickets to the 2026 Reserve Winemaker Dinner of their choice (a $500-per-ticket value). No purchase is necessary to enter.
Reservations for the Passport Tasting Experience are available through Tock.

About PlumpJack Estate Winery
Owned by partners Gavin Newsom, Gordon Getty and John Conover, and operated by PlumpJack Management Group, PlumpJack Estate Winery is located in Napa Valley’s famed Oakville AVA. The winery made international headlines in 2000 when it became the first producer to release a luxury wine, its 1997 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, with a screw cap closure. Since joining PlumpJack Winery in 2012, Winemaker Aaron Miller has earned three 100-point Cabernet Sauvignon scores with two Syrahs in the Top 100 Wines of the World.
About Odette Estate Winery
Odette Estate Winery, nestled in the heart of the Stags Leap District of Napa Valley, is dedicated to producing limited-production, terroir-driven. Named after three historical female figures, Odette captures the essence of Stags Leap District, symbolizing femininity, strength, and power. The winery’s commitment to responsible stewardship of the land has earned it widespread acclaim and recognition within the industry, from its surrounding 36-acre organically farmed CCOF certified Estate Vineyard to its 5,000-square-foot LEED Gold Certified winery. In 2021, the estate launched the Adaptation label, serving as an accessible entry point to the Odette portfolio and the broader PlumpJack Collection of Wineries. In May of 2022, The PlumpJack Collection announced the acquisition of Oso Vineyard, a sprawling, high elevation site in northeastern Napa Valley. Roughly a third of the 129-acre vineyard’s grapes have been featured in the Adaptation label in recent years, and the Oso acquisition furthers that label’s ability to grow. Andrew Haugen was appointed as Head Winemaker in 2023.
About 13th Vineyard by CADE Estate Winery
In 2016, the PlumpJack Collection acquired what is now 13th Vineyard by CADE, restoring a historic property that dates to 1886 (and was the 13th bonded winery in the Napa Valley).
Perched high upon Napa Valley’s Howell Mountain among a dramatic hillside of Manzanita trees, CADE Estate Winery is a unique, state-of-the-art facility producing exquisite Estate Cabernet and enticing Sauvignon Blanc, helmed by winemaker Danielle Cyrot since 2012. Having received its Gold LEED certification in 2009, CADE is considered the greenest winery estate of its size in California.
