October 20, 2025 (Fredericksburg, TX) — Heath Sparkling Wines and Invention Vineyards are thrilled to announce the launch of guided tours at Heath Family Brands’ new sparkling wine production facility—an exciting new chapter for sparkling wine in Texas. This full commercial sparkling winery has the capacity to produce more than 25,000 cases annually using Méthode Champenoise, the traditional winemaking method used in Champagne, France. Heath Sparkling Wines, the first all-sparkling winery in Texas, will now produce all of its sparkling wines at the state-of-the-art facility.
The new tour offers guests a rare behind-the-scenes look at the artistry and precision of sparkling winemaking, starting with a guided exploration of the production space, followed by a progressive tasting. Visitors will sample two sparkling wines as they learn about the traditional method, then finish with a personalized tasting from the Invention Vineyards portfolio.

This expansion marks a major milestone for Heath Family Brands, which includes Grape Creek Vineyards, Heath Sparkling Wines, Invention Vineyards, K Estate Vineyards, Heath Vineyards, and Jenblossom Cellars. The company operates four winery tasting rooms on expansive, working vineyards—along with two urban tasting rooms in Fredericksburg and Georgetown—and is 100% direct-to-consumer.
Founded in 2019, Heath Sparkling set the standard as Texas’s first all-sparkling winery. All wines are made using the traditional method, with 18 months of sur lie aging to create rich, complex flavors. The new production facility at Invention Vineyards—one of the largest vineyards in the Texas Hill Country and just five minutes from Main Street Fredericksburg—will allow Heath Sparkling to scale production while maintaining the handcrafted quality for which it’s known.
