October 9, 2025 (Napa Valley, CA) — From food truck favorites to elegant tasting menus, Clif Family Winery has built a culinary program that’s as dynamic as it is delicious. That dedication was honored with the 2026 Great Wine Capitals Best of Wine Tourism Award for Culinary Experiences, recognizing the Napa Valley winery’s creativity, community spirit, and commitment to sustainable farming.

The regional Napa Valley delegation for the Great Wine Capitals, which includes the county of Napa, Napa Valley Vintners, and Visit Napa Valley, announced the winners at an awards ceremony last week.
The annual Great Wine Capitals Best Of Wine Tourism Awards celebrate innovation and excellence in wine tourism across the world’s leading wine regions. Clif Family Winery’s culinary program stands out for its vast array of experiences that are affordable and exceptionally delicious.
“This recognition validates our deep commitment to pairing incredible organically farmed wines with food harvested straight from our farm,” said Linzi Gay, President of Clif Family Winery & Farm. “But it also reflects something bigger – our belief that food and wine can bring people together and strengthen the communities we serve. Our culinary team, led by Executive Chef Magnus Young, is hyper-focused on showcasing what’s fresh from the farm and creating exciting new experiences that delight our guests every day.”
The Great Wine Capitals award also recognizes Clif Family’s broader impact beyond the plate. As a Certified B Corp, the winery’s culinary and farming programs are designed to strengthen local food systems – supporting regional purveyors, reducing waste, and creating welcoming spaces that connect people through shared experiences.
Every wine experience at Clif Family Winery involves delicious seasonal pairings from the certified organic Clif Family Farm and local purveyors prepared by Chef Magnus Young and his team. Experiences range from the seasonal tasting menu, to the Clif Family Bruschetteria Food Truck, to the Farm to Brunch Experience and Cima tastings in the Enoteca Private Tasting Salon. There’s something to please everyone.
