
August 6, 2025 (New York, NY) — Wines of Hungary, the official marketing body for Hungarian Wine, is pleased to announce its first targeted campaign in the USA; naming Wine & Co., LLC its agency of record.
The campaign will first run August 1 – December 31 and include a multitude of activities including: a robust PR campaign, social media campaign, two walkaround trade tasting events (New York & Los Angeles), two trade seminar presentations (Chicago, IL and Austin, TX), media partnerships with Provi, Full Pour Magazine, Saveur Magazine, and Vice TV, and support of the annual Karakterre Fair and Orange Glou Festival in New York City.
In addition to the activities on the ground in the USA, several importers, buyers, and journalists from the US will travel to the annual BOR 2025 Hungarian Wine Summit taking place in September 2025.
“We are excited to officially launch this campaign after many months of preparation,” stated Pál Rókusfalvy, Government Commissioner for National Wine Marketing. “The United States remains one of the most important wine markets in the world and we are confident the US wine drinkers will embrace Hungarian wine once they are properly introduced to it. As part of the launch, we debut our new image film, anchoring the campaign in a strong visual identity and storytelling that captures the uniqueness and spirit of Hungarian wine.”
