Celebration Runs October 21–26th with Special Events, Grand Tasting, Weekender and All Access Badge Options
July 23, 2025 (Fredericksburg, TX) — The Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce that tickets for individual events, Grand Tasting Badges, Weekender Badges and brand‑new All Access Badges for the 2025 Fredericksburg Food & Wine Festival will be available beginning today, Wednesday, July 23rd.
This year’s festival, taking place Tuesday, October 21st through Sunday, October 26th, deepens its commitment to community by directing a portion of proceeds to the Hill Country Hospitality Relief Fund, supporting local hospitality professionals affected by recent floods.

Throughout the week, attendees can look forward to spotlight events and immersive activations, including:
- The Vineyard Table, honoring women in wine and celebrating Jerilynn Clifford’s cookbook launch. Enjoy thoughtfully paired bites by Ashely Odom of Feast & Merriment, each inspired by recipes from Clifford’s new cookbook and matched with standout Texas wine pours from female-led or inspired wineries. - Opening Night, presented by William Chris Vineyards, marking their 15th anniversary. Set in the heart of Fredericksburg at Albert Hotel, the festival’s HQ Hotel, this gathering will welcome guests with exceptional wine, live music, live culinary demos & more. (Wednesday, October 22)
- Tacos & Tequila, the ultimate day party featuring smokey street tacos, sides for days, and perfectly paired tequila sips & cocktails at El Quincho. (Thursday, October 23)
- Texas Black Tie Barbecue, an elevated celebration of barbecue from some of the Hill Country’s’ top pitmasters, paired with wine and two-stepping’ at Becker Vineyards, presented by Lee + Associates. (Thursday, October 23)
- Texas Wine Auction Barrel Auction, featuring premium barrel tastings and the opportunity to bid on rare and exclusive lots, all while connecting with winemakers and fellow philanthropists in Slate Theory’s underground wine cave and benefitting the Fredericksburg ISD Education Foundation. (Friday, October 24)
- The Street Dinner, a five-course feast crafted by renowned Texas chefs perfectly paired with award-winning Texas wines that takes place under the Texas sky on historic Austin Street in downtown Fredericksburg. Presented by Waldorf Astoria Residences. (Friday, October 24)
- The Grand Tasting, the heart of the festival—a lively, flavor-packed celebration featuring 75+ tastings from Texas wineries, top chefs, craft distilleries, and breweries. Enjoy live culinary demos, Texas music, a curated artisan market, and immersive experiences around every corner. (Saturday, October 25)
- The Waterfront Brunch, featuring chef-prepared brunch bites, Fischer & Wieser wines, and handcrafted cocktails at the iconic Fischer & Wieser Farmstead. (Sunday, October 26)
