Second Annual Fundraiser in Support of Women in Culinary, Fine Beverage, and Hospitality
July 22, 2025 (Healdsburg, CA) — Les Dames d’Escoffier Sonoma is thrilled to announce the return of Birds & Bubbles, our second annual charity fundraiser on August 24, 2025— now set in the beautiful, expansive grounds of Bacchus Landing in Healdsburg.
Enjoy a deliciously festive afternoon of fried chicken, sparkling wine, live music, and joyful connection — all in support of our women leaders in the food, beverage, and hospitality industries.
What’s in store:
- Crispy, crave-worthy fried chicken from Dame Duskie Estes and John Stewart and their beloved Black Piglet food truck
- Menu rounded out with dishes from wine country’s finest women chefs and restaurateurs, including Dames Tracey Shepos-Cenami, Domenica Catelli, Michelle Wood of Jimtown and then Sum, Liza Hinman of The Spinster Sisters, Cristina Topham of Spread Kitchen, Dawn Richards of Mad Batter Bakery….to name a few.
- Sparkling and still wines, craft beer, and refreshing non-alcoholic sips
- Live music by Songstress Kristina Ibarra & her band Neon Lotus
- Bocce courts and a curated silent auction
- Family-friendly vibes — limited kids’ tickets available
- All food and drink enjoyed onsite at Bacchus Landing
This year is extra special as we celebrate five years of Les Dames Sonoma, part of an international organization of women leaders dedicated to education, advocacy, and mentorship in our industries.

Comprising of 45 individual chapters across the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Mexico, England, France and Italy, LDEI is highly diversified and reflects the multifaceted fields of contemporary gastronomy and hospitality.
Upon being granted the original charter by Les Amis d’Escoffier, the first chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier was founded in New York in 1976. The Sonoma Chapter was formed in 2020.
