With a swirl of blush-pink bubbles and notes of summer fruits, and delicate florals, this inaugural release marks a playful and effervescent new chapter for the 12 acre estate in Dry Creek Valley, Sonoma.

Dancing continues its mission to make wine feel less like a rulebook, more like a rhythm. Vegan, gluten-free, and 12.5% ABV, BOUNCE embodies everything the brand stands for: intimacy, ease, and beauty without pretense. This vibrant, red, fruit-driven sparkling showcases the exceptional quality of the 2024 vintage, with bright watermelon and pomelo notes, complemented by delicate florals for added complexity. Crafted from hillside Zinfandel using a Champagne press to extract clear juice, the wine is then carefully blended with estate Zinfandel to achieve its stunning rosé hue and layered flavor profile. The result is an exuberant, joyful drinking experience that captures the essence of its playful name.
Since restoring their Sonoma vineyard in 2022, Cynthia and Lauren have reimagined what it means to create wine.
