Miller Family Wine Company Promotes New National Sales Manager and Director of Marketing

July 21, 2025 (Santa Barbara, CA) – Miller Family Wine Company (MFWC) is pleased to announce the promotions of Denise Roach to Director of Marketing and Joseph Florek to National Sales Manager, recognizing their outstanding contributions to the company.

Before joining MFWC as Brand Manager in March 2024, Roach spent over ten years as the Director of Marketing for Foley Family Wines, overseeing marketing and promotional strategies for such brands as Chalk Hill Estate, The Four Graces, and Banshee. Since joining MFWC, Roach has quickly demonstrated her skills in brand management and strategy, elevating the brand identities, positioning, and performances of MFWC’s entire portfolio. Now, as Director of Marketing, Roach will oversee the development and execution of all marketing initiatives across the company, leading multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer loyalty, and growth.

A longtime industry veteran, Florek joined MFWC in 2021 after working for such prestigious companies as Brown-Forman, Bonterra Organic Estates, and Constellation Spirits. Since joining MFWC, Florek has excelled as the Director of Sales – East, where he’s been responsible for leading wholesale efforts within 27 markets on the East Coast, overseeing a team of regional sales managers, and developing key distributor relationships. In his new role, Florek will manage sales and sales operations for the entire MFWC portfolio internationally, expanding business opportunities, managing distributor relationships, and maximizing sales revenue in all markets.
