July 14, 2025 — The STARS of Pinot, Los Angeles’ finest annual wine gathering, will host a special 6PM VIP DINNER to kick off the consumer evening.
The 6PM Dinner will feature a panel of 3 winemakers from California, which will be hosted by Chiara Shannon – a biodynamic farmer in Santa Rita Hills. Chiara also holds an MBA & a DIPWSET Diploma.
The Pinot Panel guests are:
- Nathan Carlson – Winemaker, “Center of Effort” – San Luis Obispo
- Michael Osborn – CEO, Willamette Valley Vineyards – Willamette Valley, Oregon
- Marie-Laure Ammons, Winemaker, Nid Tisse – Santa Rita Hills, Santa Barbara
Tickets for the VIP Dinner includes the following:
- A multi-course dinner.
- A special wine glass from Schott Swiesel to use and take home as a gift.
- Champagne Dehours will be in attendance and present the first toast.
- Event Producer and Sommelier, Ian Blackburn, will introduce the team from Swiesel Fortessa and will welcome everyone to the Peninsula Beverly Hills.
- Panel Guests receive a VIP thank you gift bag on exit of the event from sponsors at San Pellegrino, Los Angeles Magazine, and more.
