Live Auction Benefiting Sonoma County Nonprofits to be Hosted at Cline Family Cellars
July 10, 2025 (Santa Rosa, CA) — Sonoma County Vintners Foundation (SCVF) is delighted to announce that tickets are now on sale for the Sonoma County Wine Celebration (SCWC) with events on September 19-20. The live charity auction, which raises funds to support nonprofits across Sonoma County, will be hosted on Saturday, September 20 at the stunning Cline Family Cellars. The historic winery holds a special place in the hearts of SCVF and previous auction guests as one of the original host venues for this impactful philanthropic event.

“We are so honored to welcome the Sonoma County Wine Celebration back to Cline Family Cellars, it truly feels like a full circle moment,” said Hilary Cline, Vice President of Direct-to-Consumer & Marketing. “This event is especially meaningful to us as it celebrates everything we value — community, giving back, and the shared love of Sonoma County’s wines. We’re proud to play a small part in something that makes such a lasting impact.”
Auction guests will celebrate the occasion with a festive theme of “Sail into Sonoma County with our Cabana Club Party,” which complements the breathtaking setting of Cline’s luscious, tropical gardens, tranquil ponds, garden cabanas and sprawling lawn. The afternoon begins with a wine and appetizer reception, featuring an array of silent auction lots from across Sonoma County. Guests will make their way into the live auction tent for a celebration lunch where they can bid on exclusive live auction lots (to be announced in mid-August) featuring rare wines, once-in-a-lifetime trips, and all-inclusive wine and culinary experiences around the world. The evening will conclude with a post-auction reception where guests can relax and enjoy smooth melodies with live music under the setting sun.
Included in the SCWC ticket package is a welcome reception hosted at Bricoleur Vineyards on Friday afternoon to kick off the auction festivities and allow guests to meet participating vintners and the people who make a difference in so many lives across Sonoma County. A collection of additional interactive experiences taking place around Sonoma County during the day and evening of September 19 will be available for guests to enjoy as add-on ticket selections.
“There will be exciting experiences for locals and visitors alike during this year’s celebration as we once again gather to give back,” said Michael Haney, Sonoma County Vintners Executive Director. “We look forward to sharing our beautiful region with SCWC guests as well as returning to Cline Family Cellars to raise critical funds for nonprofits supported annually by SCVF.”
The generosity of SCWC bidders and donors has helped support more than 430 nonprofit organizations throughout Sonoma County focused on education & literacy, health & human services, the environment, arts & culture, and SCVF Emergency Relief Fund. These funds have supported more nonprofits than any other fundraising event in Sonoma County. Learn more at sonomawine.com/foundation.
