Launching today, June 16, the collection features two distinctive wines – a Red Blend and a Sauvignon Blanc – that honor the past while embracing the next generation of California winemaking.

Inspired by the legend of Joaquin Murrieta, known as the Robin Hood of the West, and the lore surrounding the estate’s namesake, Roaming Legend channels a rebellious, free-spirited ethos. Long before vines lined the hills, Joaquin Murrieta is said to have led his herd of wild mustangs to the very well that still flows today on the estate, tying his spirit forever to the land.
In its inaugural release, Roaming Legend introduces the 2024 Red Blend and 2022 Sauvignon Blanc, both California Certified Sustainable. The California Luxury Red Blend ($20-$24.99) and the California Ultra-Premium Sauvignon Blanc ($15-$19.99) categories are both up +18% in IRI over the last 52 weeks ending 5/11/25.
The 2024 Roaming Legend Red Blend (SRP: $24.99) is an elegant yet powerful expression, composed of 73% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Petite Sirah, 11% Merlot, and 3% Cabernet Franc. It opens with aromas of ripe black currants and Bing cherry, layered with subtle French oak spice. Rich and polished on the palate, it finishes with refined tannins and a complex structure, perfect for pairing with aged cheeses or bold pasta dishes.
The 2022 Roaming Legend Sauvignon Blanc (SRP: $19.99) offers a bright, refreshing contrast. Bursting with notes of citrus blossom, white peach, and lime zest, this wine is crisp and lively, showcasing the expressive character of Livermore Valley fruit.
