December 20, 2024 (Sonoma, CA) – Cline Family Cellars is pleased to announce a national distribution partnership with Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits (SGWS). This strategic alignment is part of Cline’s continued focus on expanding its second- generation family-owned business in the U.S.
Cline has enjoyed a longstanding relationship with SGWS in multiple markets in the West, a relationship that deepened in 2024 with the transition to SGWS in Colorado and New York. This expansion immediately showcased the benefits of a more unified, national approach. Beginning January 2025 Cline will align with SGWS in a further 13 States, expanding the partnership with SGWS to 33 States, including FL, SC, KY, DE, DC, MD, IL, MN, IN, NH, PA, WY and UT.
The transition to a nationwide alignment with SGWS coincides with a repositioning and strengthening of the Cline product portfolio, now offering a full array of varietal wines across multiple Channels and price points.
The Cline brand continues to honor its roots with the Cline Ancient Vines series, and now includes an “affordable luxury” range called the Sonoma AVA Collection. On premise Cline offers Seven Ranchlands– a range of varietal wines presented specifically to restaurants. In the New Year an all- new retail line called the Cline County Collection will hit shelves, offering County sourced, family grown wines at a pocket pleasing price.
The re-energized Cline brand is augmented by second generation inspired luxury brands, Gust and The Sneak. The portfolio is rounded out with the entry-point Farmhouse brand and a collection of family-owned Italian wines including Casadei, Castello Del Trebbio, and Olianas.
