Putnam’s expertise is in marshalling resources to move projects forward, and her client base of landowners, small businesses and non-profits benefit directly from her leadership. She also advises on equine facility design and function and offers custom horse procurement services through her adjacent business, Napa Valley Horsemanship.
Jennifer Putnam Consulting allows Putnam to solve the modern problems that organizations and landowners face, applying her experience on two tracks.
She has long been interested in supporting communities, landowners, and local businesses develop properties with sustainability and quality in mind. Watching North Bay counties change as land is bought, then sold when owners divest or become disillusioned, Putnam was motivated to help. She gained experience and advanced degrees in farming systems, sustainable building, climate change effects, and rural property design, as well as professional skills of how to grow something extraordinary from just an idea.
