Leading Direct-to-Consumer Experts Will Focus on DTC Strategy Development, Integrated Marketing, and Fractional Leadership
(Napa Valley, Calif.)— November 18, 2024—Vida DeLong and Tiffany Kenny, direct-to-consumer experts, today announced the launch of Hopscotch, a partnership focused on DTC consulting and fractional leadership for the wine industry. At Hopscotch, DeLong and Kenny will focus on DTC strategy development, programming execution, and channel integration. Additionally, they will offer fractional leadership for wineries, allowing small to medium-sized wineries to work with industry leaders to achieve their full DTC potential. Hopscotch will support direct-to-consumer throughout the customer journey, optimizing all DTC channels towards growth and sustainability. DeLong and Kenny’s focus will be to help DTC teams and leadership achieve the next level of success, including innovative guest experiences, improved customer loyalty, and systems efficiency.

With a background spanning thirty years in luxury hospitality and direct sales, DeLong has held several prominent direct-to-consumer roles in the wine industry, including Vice President of DTC at Far Niente Wine Estates, overseeing DTC for Far Niente Winery and Nickel & Nickel, and Vice President of the Crimson Wine Group with luxury estates in California, Oregon and Washington. Most recently, as Vice President, DTC for the Italian-owned Antinori California portfolio, DeLong elevated and integrated DTC programming for Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars, and Antinori Napa Valley. With a talent for creating and motivating dynamic teams, DeLong can translate DTC strategy into actionable results, focusing on sustainable growth and team development.
TIFFANY KENNY
With more than twenty years of industry experience, Tiffany Kenny has expertly developed brand-defining, sales-driven DTC and CRM programs for prestigious brands, including Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars and Patz & Hall, and for many luxury wineries as a consultant with Ensemble Marketing Group. In her most recent role as Vice President of Marketing and DTC at Trefethen Family Vineyards, Kenny led a team of forty professionals. She successfully executed comprehensive omnichannel sales and marketing campaigns that integrated strategy, operations, technology, and leadership, all with a strong client-centric philosophy. Kenny holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
