Since 1995, the Livermore Valley Wine Auction has raised over $6 million to support underserved local children. This year, the auction benefited six deserving organizations, including Teen Esteem+ as the fund-a-need beneficiary. Teen Esteem+ empowers students, parents, educators, and communities to address youth challenges and risks. Funded by donations and fees, it provides relief, understanding, and hope to thousands annually.

This year’s auction also benefited the following deserving organizations:

  • Agape Villages Foster Family Agency offers Enhanced Treatment Foster Care through comprehensive programs including counseling, life skills training, and enrichment activities, all supported by dedicated, well-trained resource parents to help children heal, grow, and thrive.
  • Boys and Girls Clubs of Tracy provide programs that promote healthy lifestyles, academic success, and character development, including daily exercise, nutritious meals, homework help, goal-setting, and leadership through community service.
  • Down Syndrome Connection aims to empower, inspire, and support individuals with Down syndrome and their families, fostering awareness and acceptance across all areas of life.
  • Livermore Valley of Arts offers a wide range of programs including arts camps, classes, studio spaces at the Bothwell, free community events, galleries, student arts programs, and live national performances at the Bankhead Theater.
  • Sleep in Heavenly Peace is a nonprofit with a clear mission: to ensure no child in our community sleeps on the floor by providing beds that offer security, comfort, and dignity.

“On behalf of the Livermore Valley Winegrowers Foundation, we feel incredible gratitude for the generosity of the auction attendees and sponsors along with the Livermore Valley wine community for this event,” said Brandi Lombardi, Executive Director of the Livermore Valley Wine Community and Auction Director. “We’re very proud to support these organizations where the funds raised will greatly impact the lives of so many children and families in our close knit community.”

21 Livermore Valley winemakers were on hand to pour their best wines while guests perused displays that showcased the exciting live auction lot line-up. The live auction delivered on excitement, raising $115,000 with Tuscany vacations and a private party in the caves at Wente along with elite wine experiences. Following the live auction, guests enjoyed live music and dancing.

The event was presented by First Tech Federal Credit Union with Jeff and Doris Hank.  Additional top sponsors included Alameda County Supervisor David Haubert, Black Tie Transportation, Dublin Chevrolet, Safeway, Pwc, and TopCon.
