July 22, 2024 – Breakthru Beverage Group has named Fritz Stresau to the role of Senior Director, Aspect Fine Wine. A longtime leader in Breakthru’s fine wine strategy, Stresau will report to Adam Pizer, SVP, Supplier Business Development, to amplify the portfolio, develop and implement strategy and collaborate with Aspect supplier partners to achieve shared goals.
“Fritz has a long history in the fine and rare wine space and most recently led Breakthru Florida’s ASPECT fine wine Team,” said Pizer. “Fritz’s career spans 19 years, where he has worked to develop strong supplier relationships and collaboration with customers to become a thought partner and consultant. He is at the forefront when it comes to education and brand building.”
While training and education continue to be the cornerstone of Breakthru’s fine wine approach, there is an increased focus among Aspect associates. Many have advanced wine accreditations from organizations like the WSET, CSW and the Court of Master Sommeliers. The Aspect team is now operating in all of the company’s U.S. markets, which has led to its industry leading performance.
