Bin to Bottle LLC Adds New Director of Winemaking


Napa, California, April 16, 2024 – Bin to Bottle LLC (BTB), Napa Valley’s premier custom crush winery and spirits co-packer is pleased to announce Aaron Bader has joined the company as the Director of Winemaking and Production. Mr. Bader brings more than three decades of experience in winemaking and alternative beverage production. With a Bachelor of Science degree in fermentation science at UC Davis, Aaron led the winemaking for his family’s Napa Valley Estate Winery, Phoenix Vineyards, for 10 years before gaining additional experience at Opus One, Darioush, and Adler Fels Winery. He has custom crush winemaking experience in Napa, Sonoma, and Monterey counties.
