Day One – Welcome and Wellness in Wine Country
Upon arrival at SB Winemaker’s House & Spa Suites, the couple is greeted with a 15-minute massage insuite on heated loungers in their private garden terrace. The Wellness Butler is on hand to guide guests through the suite’s steam room, sensations shower, and dry sauna as well as a range of wellness rituals like a wine-themed body exfoliation with grape seeds. Day Two – The Seaplane Proposal and Full Takeover of Susana Balbo Winery
The centerpiece of the trip – the seaplane proposal – begins with a two-hour flight over the breathtaking scenery. This exclusive flight, onboard the only aircraft of its kind in Latin America, offers aerial views of the Andes, salt flats and Uco Valley before a water landing in an oasis in the middle of the Argentine desert. Here, the couple will enjoy an intimate moment together toasted with sparkling wine before heading to San Rafael to enjoy a tasting from the Susana Balbo Wines portfolio. Then it’s onto an exclusive lunch prepared by a private chef. Back in Mendoza, a private takeover of Susana Balbo Winery allows the couple to enjoy their first dinner together as fiancés. The candlelit four-course meal from the winery’s Michelin-recommended restaurant is expertly paired with premium wines from the country’s first female winemaker herself.
Day Three – Artist Studio Visits and Wine-Blending Workshop
The day is dedicated to cultural immersion in Mendoza with a visit to either the atelier of renowned Mendoza artist Sergio Roggerone or Fernando Jereb. Here, the couple can individually commission an artwork personalized to their love or choose an emblem that reflects love in the destination, such as the symbolic red Ceibo flower native to the region. Following the visit into town, a hands-on wine blending workshop back at SB Winemaker’s House offers an intimate experience, allowing the couple to create and take home a custom wine bottle engraved with their special date. Back at SB Winemaker’s House, the boutique estate showcases artwork from paintings and sculptures to handmade tapestries from 15 prominent Argentine and Brazilian artists, including Roggerone, Jereb, and the renowned photographer Sebastiao Salgado.
Day Four – A Fond Farewell
