Long-time epicurean connections in Napa Valley
Yountville, Napa Valley, October 16 2023 —- Curtis Di Fede has joined Silver Trident Winery as Estate Director. Curtis has deep epicurean ties to the Napa Valley as former Owner and Chef at Oenotri, Owner and Chef of Miminashi, Executive Chef at The Charter Oak and most recently as Operations Manager for Poe and Ultraviolet wines. “Curtis has a well-deserved reputation of taking exceptional care of his guests and team members and we are thrilled to welcome him to the Silver Trident Family,” said founder Bob Binder in making the announcement.
As Estate Director, Curtis is responsible for Silver Trident’s operations, hospitality and product development. In addition to award winning wines, Silver Trident also produces Apollo’s Folly Napa Valley Olive Oil and Benevolent Dictator Coffee.
Former General Manager Shane Soldinger has moved to the C Casa Restaurant Group as President and COO.
Silver Trident Winery is a small production winery whose Yountville Tasting Home is an elegant showroom with décor and furnishings by the Ralph Lauren Home Collection. It is located at 6495 Washington Street, Yountville, CA 94599 and is open seven days a week 11ish – 4ish.
Guest can enjoy The Flight of Five, The Potato Chip Extravaganza or, along with canine companions, The Puppy Pairings. Reservations in advance are required.
The winery’s current releases are 2022 Symphony No. 9 Sauvignon Blanc, 2022 Apollo’s Folly Rosé, 2021 Benevolent Dictator Pinot Noir, 2019 Playing with Fire, 2019 Twenty Seven Fathoms Cabernet Sauvignon and 2019 Friends & Family Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon.
