LAKE BLUFF, IL (October 3, 2023) – Established in 1947, fourth generation family owned and operated Terlato Wine Group (TWG) is pleased to announce the appointment of Kim Beto to the role of Vice President, Fine Wine and Spirits Business Development.
Beto joins Terlato with more than 25 years of experience in the wine, spirits, and hospitality industries. His illustrious career has spanned roles from restaurant GM, MGM Grand F&B Director, to SGWS Vice President of Key Accounts in Northern California, and, most recently, SGWS Senior Vice President of On Premise in Las Vegas.

Beto will carry the responsibility of brand and sales education/training both internally (TWI) and externally (distributor and account partners) across the country and will focus his sales efforts on Terlato’s luxury portfolio by tapping into the strong relationships he has cultivated over the years. He will report directly to Tony Terlato Jr. and will be a highly valued member of Terlato’s Leadership Team.
Beyond his vast professional sales experience, Kim holds his Certified Level 3 Sommelier designation, and has been a speaker and moderator at both the Pebble Beach Food & Wine festival and Masters of Food & Wine event in Carmel for 13 and 20 years, respectively.
Kim is based in Las Vegas where he lives with his wife, Francis, and children, Josefina (27), Jackson (10), and Matilda (5). Both Kim and Francis were born and raised in Sweden, where Kim lived on his family’s farm of dairy cows. When not spending time with his family, Kim can be found playing tennis, chess, skiing, cooking, traveling, cheering on his favorite F1 team, and the Golden State Warriors.
