Santa Rosa, Calif., (June 14, 2023) – Foley Family Wines (FFW), a family-owned wine company founded in 1996, announced today a strategic expansion and key leadership changes within the organization’s sales division. To support FFW’s growing business in the off-premise channel Crystal Crump has been promoted to Vice President of Sales, National Accounts Off-Premise from her previous role as Senior Director Off-Premise National Accounts East. In her previous role, Crump successfully grew brand share for the company in major national and regional retail accounts across the Eastern US. In her new role, Crump will oversee all national account off-premise sales efforts for FFW’s portfolio. FFW is one of the fastest-growing top 20 wine companies – increasing four times faster than the category in the $15+ wine segment. (1)
Before joining FFW, Crump held leadership roles at E. & J. Gallo Winery and Johnson Brothers Distributing. With more than 15 years of successful industry sales experience, Crump was selected to drive FFW’s sales strategies and partnerships for leading brands such as Ferrari-Carano, Chalk Hill Estates, Banshee Wines, Acrobat, Silverado Vineyards, Roth Estate, The Four Graces, and other wineries in top wine growing regions of Washington, Oregon, and California.
“Elevating Crystal’s position at Foley Family Wines is a clear win for us, as well as our customer and wholesale partners. Her outstanding leadership and in-depth industry knowledge will undoubtedly drive our momentum forward,” Jonathan Hollister, Chief Sales Officer, commented on the appointment. “Crystal’s advancement is not only a reflection of her abilities but also showcases FFW’s culture of fostering talent and championing career growth – a culture that, I firmly believe, strengthens our competitive edge.”
In alignment with FFW’s commercial objectives, FFW veterans Nick Sijan, Brandon Colpitts, and Brandon Head have also expanded their sales territory responsibilities in the Central and Southeast regions. “Their combined expertise and deep understanding of these markets will further fuel FFW’s growth trajectory,” added Hollister. “These strategic changes underscore FFW’s dedication to talent development, sales excellence, and sustained growth in the luxury wine and spirits industry.”
Crump and Devon Ulrich, Vice President National Accounts On-Premise, will report to Jonathan Hollister.
