SONOMA (June 8, 2023) — Family-owned LaRue Wines is pleased to announce the debut of a new tasting room nestled in the heart of Sonoma’s Carneros region. Located at 60 Bonneau Road on the Anaba Wines property in their 125-year-old farmhouse, LaRue Wines is now welcoming private tasting reservations by appointment. Featuring a charming, turn of the century wraparound porch and outdoor tasting veranda, the Farmhouse embodies the same quaint, laid-back wine country atmosphere that has become synonymous with LaRue Wines and its owners, the husband-and-wife team of Katy Wilson and David Meneses.

In addition to LaRue, Katy also serves as winemaker for Anaba Wines. The new tasting room location in Anaba’s Farmhouse is a perfect fit for Katy and David who previously hosted LaRue tastings by appointment at Emmaline Ann Vineyard in Sebastopol.

“David and I are thrilled to offer a new tasting venue for first-time guests and longtime club members,” said Katy Wilson, Winemaker and Owner, LaRue Wines. “While Emmaline Ann Vineyard will always remain a special place for our family, the transition to the Farmhouse in Carneros offers a more centralized and convenient location for visitors, while allowing us to amplify the reach of our first-class hospitality and high-caliber wines that people have come to know and love us for.”

Focused on ultra-premium Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from sustainably-farmed vineyards in the western reaches of the Sonoma Coast, Katy and David strive to personally craft quality wines reflective of their place and vintage through thoughtful vineyard selection, minimal intervention in the cellar and a commitment to small lot production.

Ideally situated at the intersection of CA-121 and CA-116 near the southern edge of Sonoma County, LaRue Wines tastings are available daily by appointment only. The LaRue Collector’s Wine Flight at the Farmhouse ($60 per person) features a private outdoor tasting selection of six wines including LaRue’s limited production single vineyard wines, as well as their award-winning Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir blend. Tasting reservations are available for booking on Tock at www.exploretock.com/laruewines
