HEALDSBURG, Calif. (May 4, 2023) – Alexander Valley Winegrowers presents Access Alexander Valley, an annual event highlighting the best of Alexander Valley wines all in one place! This event is a Wine Country late-summer festival held at ACTA Winery on Friday, September 1, 2023, from 5-8PM. Along with our extensive list of wineries pouring something ‘unique’ (library wines, noteworthy vintages, or large format wines), the guest will also enjoy an optional ‘Roots to Glass’ winemaking seminar of rare & reserved AV wines, barrel tastings, cooperage trials, winemaking demonstrations, delicious and eclectic fare featuring custom flatbreads from the woodfired oven prepared by Chef Chris Kollar, winner of Chopped and proprietor of Kollar Chocolates out of Napa! Plus, Drakes Bay Oysters, Canasta Kitchen (traditional fresh Latin cuisine), Sushi Shoubu (hand rolls, rice bowls, and poke), and Noble Folk Ice Cream (handcrafted and made with love from Healdsburg.) And then, to top the evening off, guests can dance the night away to the classic country and honkey tonk sounds of The Pitchforks!
