Raise a Glass: Metropolitan Grill Welcomes New Wine Industry Execs to Oversee Its Award-Winning Wine Program

October 3rd – The Seattle landmark restaurant Metropolitan Grill is delighted to announce the recent hire of two seasoned wine professionals to lead and support its *Grand Award-winning wine program.

Chris Lara, Wine Director

Metropolitan Grill Wine Director Chris Lara has been selected to lead the restaurant’s nationally renowned wine program. Lara brings nearly thirty-five years of experience in the hospitality industry to his new role, including previous stints as a wine director/sommelier at several iconic Seattle-based establishments. Lara is an Advanced Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers.

Brandon Lervold, Cellar Master

Metropolitan Grill Cellar Master Brandon Lervold has held management roles for more than two decades in the wine and beverage industry before landing his new position at the classic steakhouse. Lervold brings extensive experience in production, education, distribution, retail, restaurants, sales, and management to his new role.
