PALISADE, COLO – (July 8, 2022) —The Colorado Association for Viticulture & Enology (CAVE), the non-profit responsible for coordinating the largest wine festival in Colorado, is pleased to announce the details for the 31st Annual Colorado Mountain Winefest presented by Fisher’s Liquor Barn.
The Festival in the Park is scheduled to take place Saturday, September 17, 2022 in Palisade, CO from 10:30 am to 5:00 pm. VIP tickets to the festival are sold out, however guests can join the VIP ticket waitlist by visiting www.ColoradoWinefest.com. General Admission tickets are still available for purchase at www.ColoradoWinefest.com, however, they are selling quickly. Colorado Mountain Winefest is a premier event in the Grand Valley and was voted Best Wine Festival in the Nation by USA Today in 2017.
“We are very excited to see that this year’s festival is on track to sell out once again!” said CAVE Executive Director, Cassidee Shull. “It is inspiring to see guests return to the festival year after year and continue to support Colorado’s winemakers and grape growers.”
This year’s festival will once again take place at Palisade’s Riverbend Park and will feature 45 wineries, live music, artisan vendors, chef demonstrations, educational seminars, and more. Please note that all Colorado Mountain Winefest attendees must be 21 years of age or over with a valid ID to enter. Winefest events will be held rain or shine.

Participating wineries, restaurants, and industry partners will be hosting a variety of events such as Wine, Dine & Paint, a Chocolate & Wine Tasting, Feast in the Fields, Food & Wine Pairings, Wine Tours, Live Music, and more! CAVE is also excited to announce the return of its Colorado Wine Week Photo Challenge during September 11-18, 2022. Colorado Mountain Winefest is the largest fundraiser for CAVE, the Colorado Association for Viticulture & Enology (CAVE). CAVE is the only non-profit dedicated to the Colorado wine and grape growing industry.
