Napa, CA (August 16, 2022) — Fine Wine Importer Demeine Estates is excited to announce that 2023 applications for their Dream It, Live It initiative are now open. Dream It, Live It is a professional partnership opportunity aimed at fostering inclusivity by supporting entrepreneurs in the wine industry. Following the initiative’s launch earlier this year, Demeine Estates is seeking one additional partner that has a focus on sustainability and climate action.
Each Dream It, Live It partnership lasts for two years, and is created as a custom program based on the growth opportunities identified by the chosen business. Demeine Estates is currently partnering with Tish Wiggins of Tish Around Town to sponsor and host the annual Celebration of Women in Wine trip while also supporting the growth of Wiggins’ event and travel planning business. Philana Bouvier, President of Demeine Estates, works with another current partner, Napa Thrives, to host a workshop and mentorship opportunity on diversity and inclusion launched as part of their inaugural event series in 2022.

To qualify for partnership, a business must have been operational for one full year at the time of submission, must be involved in the wine industry, and must have a proven commitment to diversity in its team. The 2023 partnership will be announced in January, and will be collaboratively planned and cultivated over the course of the year, with an activation in 2024.
