Acre Wines Appoints Kent FitzGerald as Consulting GM and National Sales Manager

NAPA (February 17, 2022) — Acre Wines owners, Mike and Talley Henry are pleased to announce the appointment of industry veteran, Kent FitzGerald to the role of consulting General Manager and National Sales Manager for the family-owned Napa Valley wine producer. In this role, FitzGerald will oversee the Henry’s growing portfolio of handcrafted wines including Acre, One Acre, and their latest addition, Old Lodge wines.

Previously, as Executive Vice President and trusted advisor to Mike Henry’s late father, Warner Henry, at The Henry Wine Group, Fitzgerald was instrumental in establishing The Henry Wine Group as the largest importer, distributor and broker in California devoted exclusively to high quality wine in all categories. With more than four decades of wine industry experience, including 16 years at The Henry Wine Group, FitzGerald has held senior management positions with The Winebow Group, The Global Wine Company, and Cost Plus World Market. In his current consulting role, FitzGerald leverages his experience, relationships, and industry expertise to help beverage alcohol clients achieve their business goals.

FitzGerald brings an intimate knowledge of the innerworkings of the industry and a proven beverage industry background in sales & marketing, operational and general management. Working closely with the Henrys, FitzGerald will be responsible for strategic sales initiatives with key accounts and distributors across the country and driving growth within the direct-to-consumer channel of the business, as well as overall General Management duties.
